For more than a decade NEVCAR and its technology specialists have harnessed their substantial expertise to develop, build and crash-test several high-speed electric vehicles with astounding success.
To achieve its mission, NEVCAR has entered into a licensing agreement with Advanced Transportation Technology R&D (ATT R&D), an independent business in South Korea which designs, develops, and crash-tests high-speed electric vehicles with astounding success.
NEVCAR stands for Neighborhood Electric Vehicles because it is committed to bringing its innovative, attractive, practical and earth-friendly vehicles to neighborhoods around the country - not just the affluent ones.
Today NEVCAR's winning business plan has garnered the confidence of International Business Partners who desire to participate in the development of NEVCAR's real-estate assets holding more than 500 acres of land upon which it will build its Electric Vehicle Assembly Plant and Distribution Center in Sutherlin, Oregon in 2009.
